This little sandwich is amazing! If i ever open a restaurant, this will definitely be served and it's pretty quick and easy too!
2 pieces toast, buttered
2 eggs
Half of an avacado
3 slices cooked bacon
Cook bacon in pan. Pour out all except a little bacon fat. Cook eggs in pan, scrambling or you can fry. I like either. As eggs cook, toast the bread and butter. Smear avacado on one sluce of bread. Top with eggs and bacon. Sandwich together and enjoy!
