Pina Colada Cake

1 box vanilla cake mix
Ingredients for cake- usually water, eggs, oil
1 can cream of coconut (drink mix aisle in grocery store)
1 can crushed pineapple
1 tub Cool Whip
1 c. shredded sweetened coconut, toasted

Mix cake mix and bake according to directions on box in a 9 x 13 pan. After it has cooled for a few minutes, poke holes in cake with a fork. Pour cream of coconut over warm cake. Drain juice from pineapple into small bowl and pour juice over cake also. Spread pineapple over cake. Top with whip cream then toasted coconut. Refrigerate until ready to eat, for at least a few hours.
