TexMex Dip

2 cans TexMex corn, drained
1 can chopped green chilis
2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
1/2 red bell pepper, minced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Chill until serving time. Serve with Frito's.
