Breakfast Casserole

8 eggs
2 c. milk
8 thick slices French bread
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
2 c. cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Whisk milk and eggs together. Stir in bread, sausage, cheese, and salt and pepper. Pour in 9 x 13 dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake the next morning for about an hour at 350 degrees.
