I first had this at the Paula Deen buffet in Tunica and loved it. I had to find the recipe, so here it is:
1 onion, diced
2 T olive oil
3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
6 oz. box long-grain wild rice, cooked according to box
1 can water chestnuts, diced
2 cans green beans
1 4 oz can pimentos
1 can cream of celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheddar cheese
salt to taste
Saute onion in olive oil until transparent. Mix all other ingredients together in big bowl. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

"Like-Red-Lobster" Cheese Biscuits
Sorry it's not a fancy picture! :) Just on my baking stone.
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
4 T butter
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 T butter
1 T dried parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
pinch of salt
In a large bowl, cut 4 T cold butter into Bisquick until it is small pieces. Stir in milk, garlic powder, and cheese until it forms a dough. Form balls of dough and place onto a greased pan. It should make about a dozen. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until they start to brown on top.
While the biscuits are baking, melt 2 T butter in bowl. Stir in parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Brush butter mixture on top of biscuits as soon as they come out of the oven.
