2 chicken breasts
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
garlic powder, seasoning salt, parsley, pepper
salt
Butterfly chicken breasts. Sprinkle with salt. Mix mayo, cheese, and seasonings in small bowl. Smother all over chicken. Bake in greased dish on 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
