2 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 16 oz. carton cottage cheese
2 (2 c.) packages shredded 4-cheese blend
6 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
4-6 T flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Spread in a 9 x 13 greased casserole pan. Bake for about 30-35 minutes in oven. Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
