1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 carton crumbled blue cheese
2 T blackening seasoning, plus 1 T
3 T thinly sliced green onion
Combine all ingredients in bowl and pat out. Sprinkle patties with extra seasoning. This will make 4-5 burgers.
I like to top the burger with coleslaw on toasted buns.
